
So I woke up Tuesday morning and was freaking out because I was surrounded by Halloween candy, cupcakes and such. I wanted to start my healthy eating but needed something quick because I had plenty-o-things to do. So I began scurrying around the kitchen looking for something yummy to make. Notta. Then...! I spotted two lonely Go Lean waffles in the freezer, the kind you put in the toaster. (Can't get much faster than that) I thought to myself how could I spice these up with out adding sugar,fat and calories? Ah ha, got it, my coveted Utah peaches that I froze in September. Mmmmm they are really tasty and definitely do not need sugar. I defrosted a cup in the handy dandy microwave and voila, breaky! Not so gormet, I know. But hey, its healthy and tasted good. Mission accomplished.
